How can I fix my Kyocera FS680 laser printer? - kyocera printer recovery tool fs-3900

Any technology out there? My printer still reports that, although in reality it is not. Kyocera e-mail address, but not very useful. The printer is clean as the plates and has a relatively small number of pages. If you have a document to it, a good start, but did not get to a piece of paper into the tray above and then reported to cause a jam.

Please help - makes me crazy.
